Last week six large groups of MHSAP Families got to step inside a portable planetarium in the MHSAP Gym as Heidi Haney (from the Curiosity Path) led a phenomenal, visually stunning learning experience for all! Heidi prepared us for the solar eclipse that is set to happen on April 8 by explaining the science behind an eclipse, things to do to prepare, and how to safely view it. THANK YOU Heidi for sharing your passion and knowledge with us!
If you missed it, Heidi will have the portable planetarium set up April 3, at KCRG’s FREE Weather Academy Extra Credit event at the Benton Community Middle/High School, 4:00-6:30pm. Learn more about the event and let KCRG know you are coming by RSVPing here!
